USAGE:Apply for 20 minutes at a time with 20 minutes in between. How do you make it hot or better if you have any idea Hot Water Method1. Bring water to a boil; make sure there is enough to cover the gel pack2. Remove the water from the heat source 3. Remove the pack from the water and Insert it into the wrap��s pouch4. Apply compression wrap as shown by attaching the elastic straps Microwave Method1. Before placing the pack into the microwave oven, FLATTEN the pack and ensure the gel is evenly distributed, and place the pack on a paper towel2. Heat on ��medium power�� for 20 seconds and leave it to cool slightly for 1 minute. If additional heat is required, try a further 10 seconds at a time until the desired temperature is achieved3. Record the actual total time needed for future reference4. Remove the pack from the microwave, place it inside the wrap��s pouch and wait for one minute before applying it to the skin COLD APPLICATION1. Store the gel pack lying flat in the freezer2. Refrigerate pack for at least 2 hours before use3. Insert the gel pack into the wrap��s pouch4. Apply compression wrap as shown by attaching the elastic straps (if it contains straps or cover)
