Condition: Refurbished, Previously Used - B Grade Through our refurbishment process, we test the entire computer for full functionality including memory and hard drive tests. Computer will show minor signs of wear such as dents and/or paint scrapes. Windows and Additional Information As part of the Microsoft 3rd Party Refurbisher program (TPR), we completely wipe each machine of all traces of previous data and deploy a fresh copy of Microsoft Windows. Your Windows install will be fully activated out of the box using your unit's unique digital license. Recovery Information As of the release of Windows 10, recovery discs are no longer provided with refurbished PCs. Recovery media can be created from any Windows machine using the official Media Creation Tool. This is a free download from Microsoft that allows you to make a bootable USB device that can be used to fully recover the operating system. This may or may not be used to repair a corrupted operating system. By allowing the users to be free of a recovery partition, the user can realize the full size of the mass storage provided with this PC. If you do not have a spare PC to create the recovery media, we recommend creating the media on this PC before any potential hard disk failures on your machine. Per Microsoft's policies we are not permitted to create or ship recovery media to you. We recommend important data that you are storing on your PCs is backed up on an online service as to avoid a total loss in the event of a hardware failure as we are not responsible for important data that you may be storing.
